General Questions

Do I have to come into the office?
Most often, we can process over the phone and email. We may need original documents sent via FedEx or brought in person. After your initial email/phone consultation, you’ll have a designated agent for correspondence.
What do you do?

Title work, duplicate titles, registration, replacements, IRP, Motor Carrier, IFTA, Texas Intrastate, UCR, US D.O.T, Authority and mileage permits, Quarterly filing services, and more.

What type of businesses use your services?

Leasing companies, trucking companies, dealers, banks, and individuals.

Do you sell insurance?

No, but we provide referrals.

IRP Questions

How fast can I receive my plates and permits?

On average, once we receive all documents, it’s a 2-3 day turn around. Sometimes sooner, it varies weekly with the DMV. Processing times are subject to change.

How much does it cost?

The fees vary based on the gross weight of your vehicle.

What forms do I need?

A document checklist will be provided for you to complete and return. Individuals and companies need different forms.

Title Service Questions

How much sales tax will I have to pay?

In Texas, the sales tax rate is 6.25% on the sales price or the standard presumptive value set by the state, whichever is higher.

How fast can I receive my plates and registration (title application receipt)?

On average, one to two weeks or sooner. The turnaround time can vary at the tax offices. Processing times are subject to change.

How fast will I receive my title?

Within 10-14 business days of the date your title application receipt was issued. Your title will be printed and mailed to your address from Austin or to your lien holder if applicable. Processing times are subject to change.

How fast can I receive my duplicate title?

In 2-3 days at most. Processing times are subject to change.

Permit Questions

How fast will I be up and running?

IFTA takes 2-4 weeks. The sooner we start the application, the better- it speeds up the process. We include next day Fed-Ex delivery. NY and OR permits take 3-5 days. KY and NM permits are typically same day. Motor Carrier Authority takes 20 days to be approved, providing insurance has been filed with the FMCSA. Processing times are subject to change.

Registration and Replacement Plates/Stickers Questions

Do I need a current inspection?

We will check for you.

How quickly can I have my replacement?

Typically 1-2 days, sometimes sooner. Processing times are subject to change.

Record Management/Quarterly Filing Questions

What forms do I need to provide?

Trip sheets & fuel, or we can provide you with a recap form.

Can I submit my E-Logs?

Yes, If you would like to provide us with your login information we can pull the information directly each quarter.
