Lisa Keith, daughter of TMTC’s Founder, is our President and Co-Owner of TMTC. Lisa was 14 years old when her Mother, Sheri L. Parrack, opened the Company. Lisa recalls feeling so excited to receive her driver’s license so she could help her mom after school. Lisa’s entire career span includes TMTC, and she’s very proud of becoming Sheri’s business partner and co-owner of TMTC in 2013. Lisa shares her Mother’s “we walk our talk” reputation and leads TMTC with a customer-comes-first mindset. Lisa loves working side-by-side with her daughter Kristine and considers their business partnership her greatest accomplishment within the Company. Lisa deeply cares for her staff and considers the office a big happy family. Interesting facts about Lisa: She took a hot air balloon trip over a South African game reserve. She loves the beauty of tornadoes and would make a great storm chaser. And Lisa cares about all living creatures; even a roach that must die shouldn’t suffer! Outside the office, Lisa loves spending time with her family, including her precious three grandchildren. Whether it’s a family meal, fun outing, or family vacation, they always enjoy their time together. Lisa also enjoys attending music venues, scrapbooking, and creating gifts made of vintage jewelry. One day she hopes to travel to other countries, take a long-distance train trip through mountainous states, and participate in Albuquerque’s annual Hot Air Balloon Festival.

Kristine Brigaitis is our Vice President and Co-Owner of TMTC—daughter of President/Co-Owner Lisa Keith and granddaughter of Founder Sheri L. Parrack. As a child, Kristine loved going to her Memaw’s office to help make copies and put check stubs in numerical order. Years later, she was excited to join TMTC while participating in her high school’s early-release program. Kristine continued working part-time from her Sam Houston State University dorm room while pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Kristine taught for seven years at Cypress-Fairbanks ISD. In 2019, Kristine left teaching to spend more time with her growing family and enjoyed working remotely for the Company. Following her Grandmother’s passing in 2020, Kristine returned to the office to work alongside her Mother, operating the Company together—another generation of Mother and Daughter proudly honoring Sheri’s legacy every day. Kristine’s positive energy motivates others, and her creativity provides a positive work environment where staff truly feel valued. Kristine shares that it doesn’t feel like work when you love what you do and who it’s with. Fun facts about Kristine: She played fast-pitch softball and was a 4-year Varsity pitcher. She’s an avid reader of psychological thriller novels. She’s traveled to several countries, including Australia, where she held a Koala bear. Karen loves the outdoors and loves animals, especially her horses. Karen hopes to visit Yellowstone National Park and attend the Kentucky Derby and Calgary Stampede Rodeo.

Gail demonstrates integrity, loyalty, dependability, and passion in everything she does. Gail has a great sense of humor and is often viewed as the life of the party. She has a great attitude and finds the silver lining in all things bleak. Gail shares, “TMTC is not just a team of coworkers; we’re a family.” Outside TMTC, Gail loves bird watching, hand-feeding squirrels, fishing, and dancing. She is known for her salsa dancing and hopes to visit Greece, Sicily, and Paris one day.

Nallely joined TMTC in November of 2023 and has been the most amazing addition to our team. Nallely’s warm smile is the first thing you see when entering our office. Nallely, or “Nelly” for short, is our Administrative Assistant and is training as a Title Administrator. Nallely has a tenacity for learning and brings so much joy to the office. Nallely has an incredible work ethic and is truly a team player. Nallely loves that everyone at TMTC helps each other. She shared that TMTC is a fun workplace with lots of support from experienced co-workers. Prior to working with TMTC, Nallely was a teacher for six years. Her ability to communicate with others, multi-task, and adapt quickly has helped her thrive in her new role. Fun facts about Nallely: her favorite color is lilac, she is 4’ 11 ½, and she is bilingual! When Nallely is not at work, she loves going to the park, exercising, and visiting her family.
